At TARESPA, s.r.o., we take the protection of your personal data seriously. The following principles of data protection are intended for the visitors of our web slideshows and websites mentioned below as well as for the representatives of our clients and suppliers.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

What follows is the maximum number of personal data we can collect about one person; usually, only a certain part of these data is collected:

  • contact information (first name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, etc.)

  • other information provided by the customer in the forms on our website

Further on, we can collect data provided by the customer about a third person, e.g. contact information on people who interact with us alongside the customer or under their direction.

  • what webpage you entered our website from

  • The IP address of the computer used
  • pages you visit on our website
  • time, date, and duration of the request sent to our web server by your web browser
  • words you used in order to find our website in case you entered via a search engine

In well-founded and rather exceptional cases, we can share the data with other parties, e.g. subsuppliers or consultants, in order for us to provide our service better.

Further on, the data can be shared on the basis of jurisdiction and in case the respective requirement is in accordance with the law.

In the event of a sale of or purchase by the Company or its assets, personal data may be given to third parties which are the potential buyers or sellers. If the sale or purchase is completed, personal data may be transferred to the third party, attempting to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data to the maximum extent possible.
